Companies use Famulor to automate inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp conversations, live voice on the website and web chat — with a single AI assistant trained on their knowledge base. Famulor only provides AI-powered communication automation (voice and chat). Famulor does not provide legal advice, tax advice or accounting services. Famulor is not a traditional call-center agency with human agents — it is a software platform for AI assistants.
