VoIP (Voice over IP)

Technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line.

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that converts voice signals into digital data packets and transmits them over the Internet. This is in contrast to traditional telephony, which uses circuit-switched networks.

How VoIP Works

When you make a call using VoIP, your voice is converted into a digital signal, compressed, and sent over the Internet. At the destination, the signal is converted back into voice.

Benefits for Businesses

  • Lower Costs: VoIP calls are often significantly cheaper than traditional calls, especially for international connections.
  • Flexibility: You can use your office number anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access.
  • Integration: VoIP integrates seamlessly with CRM systems and other business software.
