Open your web widget, switch Voice presence to AI avatar and click “Choose avatar”. Filter by style, search by look and watch every preview move.

Avatar only or avatar + chat. Expanded or minimized. Label the button, for example “Talk with Liv”, and turn on the AI notice.

What is the AI Avatar?
The AI Avatar is a virtual presence for your web widget. Instead of an audio visualizer, visitors see a face that speaks in real time to whatever your agent says. The agent itself stays the same: same prompt, same knowledge base, same tools and voice.
Does the avatar change what my agent can do?
No. The avatar is only the visible layer. Booking, knowledge base, mid-call tools, memory, teammate handoff and CRM sync work exactly as they do on the phone or chat channel. You switch it on or off in the widget editor without touching the agent.
Which faces and styles are available?
The library holds 120+ faces in three styles: realistic, illustrated and 3D animated. Many faces come in several scenes, for example studio, office, sofa or window. In the avatar picker you search by name or look, filter by style and watch every card move.
How does the avatar look on my website?
There are two layouts. “Avatar only” shows a floating portrait card with the face and a glass button such as “Talk with Liv”. It stays compact when idle and grows while talking without covering your page. “Avatar + chat” shows the face next to a chat window so visitors can speak or type. Both layouts start expanded or as a small launcher.
Does the avatar work on mobile?
Yes. On phones the card gets narrower and stays a floating card, never full screen. Visitors tap the button, grant the browser microphone access and talk. No app required.
What does the AI Avatar cost?
The avatar is a plan feature of the Web Widget. Avatar conversations bill like voice conversations per talk minute, plus a flat avatar surcharge per minute. The exact surcharge is listed in your usage rates. Without the avatar you only pay the normal talk minute.
Do visitors know they are talking to an AI?
You decide in the widget editor. With the setting enabled, the EU AI Act (Art. 50) notice stays visible at all times, shown as a slim bar above the face in the avatar-only layout. Consent, recording and the pre-chat form are separate settings. Everything is GDPR-compliant and EU hosted.
Can I use my own face?
With 120+ faces the library covers most brands. If you need a custom face for your business, talk to us and we will look at what is possible for your case.
