Your Browser Use questions.

What is Browser Use in Famulor?

Browser Use is an agent tool that lets your AI agent open approved websites during a conversation. It looks up information or completes supported website steps with details from the conversation, then answers right away.

What can the agent do in the browser?

Typical tasks are comparing flight and hotel prices, reading open appointments, checking stock and price, or tracking shipments. The agent clicks visible elements, fills ordinary text fields with known details, scrolls and reads page content.

Can the agent open any website?

No. You set an HTTPS start page and the allowed websites. The agent works only on those sites and follows your browser instructions, for example to stop before booking, payment or login.

Does Browser Use work on phone calls and WhatsApp?

Yes. The agent uses the browser tool in the background on phone calls, in the website widget and in messaging channels like WhatsApp. Customers keep their familiar interface. The live view is for tests and public demos.

Can I review what the agent did in the browser?

Yes. In tests you watch the browser live. Afterwards, the browser icon in History opens a video recording of the task. Recordings are private to your workspace and follow your retention settings, up to seven days.

Can the agent book appointments in the browser?

You set the end point in the browser instructions. For lookups, the agent should stop before selecting, booking or paying. To book into your own calendar, it uses native appointment booking directly.

How is Browser Use billed?

Browser tasks use their own credits for browser time and the agent’s decisions. You see them as Browser Use in your usage, and unused reserved credits are returned after the task. Browser Use is available on enabled direct Famulor plans.

Can I use Browser Use via API, MCP, CLI or SDK?

Yes. Create the tool and assign it to agents through the Public API, MCP, the Famulor CLI or the TypeScript SDK. You can also read a conversation’s browser sessions and recordings.
