Is the migration really free?
Yes. The migration wizard is 100% free — including unlimited assistants. You only pay for actual call minutes once you start dialing on Famulor, starting at €0.11/min.
Does Famulor read my Synthflow API key?
Your key is sent through our server-side proxy to api.synthflow.ai. We never write it to a database or log it. Close the tab and the key is gone.
What gets copied across?
Assistant name, system prompt, greeting message, voice settings (speed, stability), language, LLM model, recording flag, max duration, patience level (filler words), and timezone. Actions and knowledge bases are listed so you can attach them in Famulor.
What about widget agents?
Widget agents migrate as inbound assistants. After migration you can generate a Famulor widget snippet to drop on your site.
Will my Synthflow assistants keep working?
Yes. We only read from Synthflow — we never modify or delete anything. Run both side-by-side as long as you want.
Can I migrate my phone numbers too?
Twilio numbers used in Synthflow can be ported into Famulor (free, takes 5–10 days). For testing, buy a Famulor number in-app for €4.99/month.
Is Famulor GDPR compliant?
Yes. Famulor is German-hosted (AWS Frankfurt), offers a signed DPA and supports EU SCCs.
