“We wired our CRM to the Famulor voice agent API in two days: lead in, assistant created via API, call launched, transcript back via webhook. In week one that drove over 1,200 automated calls without a single manual dial.”

Buy numbers, attach SIP trunks, send WhatsApp and SMS: all via API.
Webhooks & mid-call tools

Live in a few steps
No lengthy setup: most teams are live the same week.
- 01
Get an API key
Create a workspace API key in app.famulor.io under Settings → API & MCP. For narrower access, mint keys via the API with their own scopes and expiry. Every request sends a Bearer token in the Authorization header.
- 02
Create your first assistant
POST /api/v1/assistants with name, mode and prompt. You get the assistant ID back to use for calls and campaigns.
- 03
Start a call & receive the webhook
Start your first AI call with POST /api/v1/calls and receive the result on the assistant’s Call completed webhook: transcript and call data as JSON.

Questions before you go live
With a Bearer token. Create a workspace API key under Settings → API & MCP and send it on every request in the Authorization header as “Bearer YOUR_KEY”. Keys belong to one workspace; mint keys via the API with their own scopes and expiry. Apps acting for signed-in users use OAuth 2.0. Base URL: https://app.famulor.io/api/v1, and your workspace needs API Access.
