Where do I find the Academy?
Log in to the Famulor app and open Academy in your Famulor workspace sidebar. The Academy is available to direct Famulor customers.
Which languages are the courses available in?
Courses, exercises and exams are available in German, English, French and Spanish.
Which courses can I start with?
Foundations and the platform tour are open from the start. The foundations certificate opens Level 2 and specializations. Enterprise AI Operations follows the workflow course.
Do exercises use my credits?
Practice chat uses a daily allowance per person and spends no workspace credits. Real test calls with a created agent are charged like ordinary calls.
How can someone verify my certificate?
Each Famulor certificate has a credential ID and a public verification page showing the name, course and issue date. Download the image, print it as a PDF or add it to LinkedIn.
