What should I check before the first customer call?

Check available and busy times and your agent’s timezone. Place a booking on a test call and check the result in the destination calendar. Also test the chosen booking mode and confirmation.

FAQ

Calendar integration questions

Famulor Booking emails the guest a confirmation with an ICS calendar invitation. The CalDAV server stores the event but does not send an attendee invitation itself. Presets are available for iCloud, Fastmail and Nextcloud, and you can connect a custom CalDAV server.
