What should I check before the first customer call?

Calendar integration questions

Direct booking through the Scheduling API requires a paid Calendly plan. In link mode, your agent sends a single-use scheduling link instead. Existing events can be cancelled after confirmation. To reschedule, use the Calendly link or cancel and create a new booking.
