Where is my booking data hosted?

Famulor Booking is hosted in Frankfurt (EU) with GDPR compliance. Data in connected services is also subject to each provider’s own privacy terms.

How do connected calendars work?

Google Calendar, Outlook and CalDAV supply busy times to your Famulor event types and receive new bookings as calendar events. An ICS feed supplies read-only busy times. During a call, the agent books through the assigned Famulor event type, rather than calling these calendar sources directly.

Which plan do I need?

Your Famulor plan must include Calendar integrations, for both Famulor Booking and external providers. Direct booking through Calendly also requires a paid Calendly plan; single-use scheduling links are another option.
