Create a knowledge base

Navigate to the "Knowledge Base" tab and click the "Add" button. Choose your knowledge source from three options:

  • URL:Import content from web pages, either single pages or entire sites.
  • File:Upload documents in supported formats, such as PDFs, TXT, or DOCX.
  • Text:Add custom content directly to the Knowledge Base.

In the agent editor, locate the "Knowledge Base" section and select the items you've added.
